On january 6th, I had not receive my order and no answer from your company. I sent you a new email on january 7th, no answer. By chance I paid with Paypal, I was able to get a refund by them. Diesel Auto Power had the air filter we needed and went above and beyond to help replace the filter. We had a bracket in the way and they took the time to help remove it so our filter could be changed. We appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness and recommend them to anyone needing help with a diesel engine. Thanks!
Customer service is far beyond par. These guys rock. My truck got spiked by someone and left me stranded on a tow truck back to my shop. water in fuel took out vp44 and injectors... as a tech time is money but when it comes to my personal vehicle with a 3k round trip in 2 weeks. Time was gold in this, these guys took care of me and my truck was back on the road in just a couple short days. 75hp injectors are exactly the right choice as recomended by them. perfect match for the truck and what I use it for. Thanks again guys!
Thanks Diesel Auto Power for the great customer service! Ups screwed up and lost 2 of my injectors that I had sent to yall to have tested. Marshal took good care of me and was very fair on getting me replacements so I could get a full set. extremely happy with the performance from my new injectors. Thanks!
