Lara Fernandez was a very attentive and caring agent. She followed my interests for 6 months until I found the exact property I wanted. Being very professional she helped me through some of the usual humps in negotiating with the seller. She even worked while on her vacation! Tracie and her team not only helped us find our home but helped us sell it when it was time for us to go. Since day one I talked to Tracie until the day we SOLD our house in Marysville, Tracie and her team was a pleasure to work with.
