Can not get service like Diedrich Jewelers at the big box stores. The Personal Touch is bar none. This is my go-to store for everything, simple repairs major purchases and quick gifts it's the only place to shop. There's a lot to say when you say by local you get great service friendly faces and prices that can't be beat!
