damaged two of my watches replacing the batteries. one has a short now and the other the second hand doesn't zero out. instead of owning the mistake ue tries to sell me watches from his store. I'll never return there.
For our 20 year wedding anniversary rather than purchasing an additional item, we added a diamond band to each side of my existing ring. I Worked with Ann and they worked with a designer to update my ring. I Absolutely love the result!
