Add me to the list of people that think you should bargain. It is offensive that you believe people with disabilities don't have the right to unionize. I guess you only believe in supporting them as long as you get to be the one to decide for them. Shame on you!
Any company that denies worker's rights to form a union based on the fact that they are disabled is reprehensible. Get some moral leadership in your mgt ranks.
They could sit down and bargain with the union that their workers voted for.
