My son has been going to their day support program for several years and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The staff seems pretty engaged and he has a nice variety of activities to do, including volunteering in the community.

As a Company You Have to do Better!!! I have spoke with Didlake employees and have observed first hand how they treat those who work for them. Overworked for the amount of pay and the treatment that they receive. This is supposed to be a safe place for disabled people to work to support themself and yet employees are sent out to do jobs that clearly should be handled by a team instead of one or two people. This company purports to support people with disabilities, but then discriminates against them and denies them their workplace rights. Workers fought for and won the right to unionize, but Didlake won't recognize their union. Shameful.

For a company that spouses claims of helping people with disabilities, Didlake instead treats workers unfairly. Their workers are on strike and the company refuses to work with the union they won fair and square to represent them. They also won the right to organize in a ruling by the NLRB. What is Didlake trying to hide?
