Customer Service Definitely Needs to Improve Here First, let me echo the comments made by Brad B. below regarding the lack of any indication on the Diddam's website as to hours of operation. That is simply Web Marketing 101. Today, I called Diddam's in San Carlos three times (at approximately 2pm.) The first two times I let the phone ring about 25 times without anyone ever picking up the phone. I tried again about an hour later and on about the 30th ring, someone picked up. Diddams Amazing Party Diddams Amazing Party is a great one-stop place for any party buying. We have ordered our wedding invitations here - everybody thought they were the best looking invites ever. We also bought party supplies for our kids parties here. Great store !!!!
Party Planners Dream Everything you want under one roof. I stop by here at least twice whenever I am event planning or for parties for the kids. I get so many ideas just looking at what they have to offer.
one stop shop for party planning this store has lots and lots of party planning nick nacks you can get to jazz up the party with very decent price. selection is a premium at this store and they seem to restock their shelves fairly well as i have hardly had to order something and wait.
Great place for partyware, Halloween costumes First and foremost as I write this in September, they have good clearance deals after Halloween on costumes - think ahead and you can score - I got a padded Superman costume for my husband for $5! But what it does well all year round is partyware (plates, cups, favors, etc.) for themed parties. But that's not all, it has an ample toy section so that you can pick up a birthday gift too. Great Local Merchant acm with one star is off - this is a community local community party store with a large selection, having shopped here lots over the years, and they are always pretty busy but friendly. I agree they should post standard hours, but they do change hours a lot to stay open later seasonally, which is great service.
Great Party Store, Hard to Find Toys In addition to being a wonderful party store, Diddams has a large selection of educational and unusual toys that you don't find in your average toy store. Many of the toys they stock I've only seen in expensive catalogs. I should also mention that the prices are fairly reasonable - especially for an independent party store chain.
