Years later and a new house I used McCarthy Services. They arrived for my general maintenance and found my AC unit was not working. This was Monday, March 11, 2019. They determined it was my reversal valve and provided an estimate of $2,100 for the fix or a new unit. Since the unit is quite old, it was logical to just upgrade the whole system. I have never been more disgusted with the behavior of any company before my mother did business with Greenstar Home Services. My mother is elderly and recently widowed. She found Greenstar Home Services online and called them out to retrieve an earring that had been dropped in her bathroom sink. There was no stopper in this sink or the second bathroom sink. The air conditioning mechanic was prompt and v ery informative about my problem. He supplied me with the appropriate part I needed to solve the problem of my circuit breaker shutting down my air conditioner. Carlos was very patient explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem.

Randall was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He methodically diagnosed the issues with my shower then made sure it was completely working before leaving. He knew the answers to all of my questions and patiently answered them. He was VERY helpful and complete with his repairs. I hope to get Randall for my next plumbing needs.

One of the air conditioning units on my rental townhouse failed one hot summer day. I called McCarthy Services and they responded quickly to evaluate the situation. The next morning, both the compressor and air handling unit were replaced at a very competitive price, matching the offer of an independent service provider with little overhead. And the technicians were very professional and polite.

I had this company install a clean water unit. I had a life source unit that kept malfunctioning. The EWS unit is better made and seems to clean the water much better. The install was clean and my wife and I are very please with it. She is happy that she doesn't have to buy bottled water anymore and she likes bathing in the clean water. The plumbers where very polite.

ARS Fort Worth came the same day that I called, which was a Saturday. Even though it was the last stop of a long day, Shane was very pleasant and helpful and very considerate of our home and needs. He explained what he needed to do and did it quickly and efficiently. He promptly and adequately answered all my questions. I was quite pleased.
