Editorial fromLocals like Dick's as much for the memories as for the burgers. One of five vintage 1950s drive-ins in the greater Seattle area, the menu has featured classic burgers---served one way only, with ketchup, mustard and a pickle, no special…

Nasty Burgers – Having grown up in LA, having eaten Tommy's and In-N-Out burgers all my life... I couldn't wait until the next time I was in Seattle to try a Dicks cheeseburger and fries. I should have read the reviews and figured out that everyone here who left a positive posts was due to nostalgia, not because it actually tasted good. In all honesty, their cheeseburger was the nastiest I had ever eaten, no better than the 7-11 burgers. Who the hell puts tartar sauce on a burger, tartar sauce goes with fish nicely, but not ... read more
It Must Be Nostalgia Because Dick's Has.... – ....Maybe the worst burger I've ever eaten........EVER!!! I don't understand the high ratings. If it's late at night, and you've had too much too drink, and no safe mode of transportation to get to anywhere else, and Dick's is in walking distance, and you don't mind eating sub-par food....then go to Dick's. If you are from California, and a frequent diner at In and Out........AVOID DICK'S LIKE THE PLAGUE. Everything about the burger tasted too sweet--as if too much sugar was adde... read more
Cheap greasy and good! Sometimes you just want some greasy yummy food. Dick's is your answer. Their burgers are a Seattle tradition. And the milkshakes are great. Remember if you want ketchup it will cost you a wopping 5 cents! Grab a burger fries and rootbeer float and travel back in time.
Perfect Burgers and Shakes I usually go to the Wallingford location and take my burger down to Gasworks for a little picnic - but each location has the same great food and super fast friendly service!
Cheap Eats for the Late Night This is the place to grab a late night snack. Cheap burgers and fries. The root beer floats are awesome. Unfortunately, the food is unhealthy and greasy. Though how can you resist. I would recommend this place to eat once in awhile. Service is fast and there's lots of parking.
Great Shakes at 1am They also have some yummy rootbeer floats, coke floats, and delicious shakes. The fry's are tasty and you can get a grilled cheese specially made for us veggies.
Great greasy food! Dick's Drive-In is a great place to get greasy, fulfilling food! It's perfect for a cold, rainy day, when all you need is some warm, comfort food. Dieters beware! Not low-carb, low-fat dishes here! You can enjoy a classic burger, with those hard to find curly fries. I recommend their milkshakees!
A Seattle Tradition Fast food - good burgers, fries, and shakes at most hours of the day, and the prices are very low. Makes you feel like you are at a 50's drive-in - all that is missing is the order-takers on roller skates.
Best place for quick burgers I'm not a huge hamburger fan these days, as I am watching my weight and trying to eat healthier. But I have my weak moments when I break down and crave cheeseburgers. As Dicks is perfect for me in my times of need. Their burgers are way better than McDonalds or Jack in the Box, and their shakes and fries are delicious. And eating here won't cost much.
Dick's Drive-in has a 4.4 star rating with 9,135 reviews.
