Unless you are drunk I would recommend it! – Greasy and tasteless burgers! They are counting on drunken college kids who do not have much to spend.
The Most Overrated Burger Joint In Seattle – It's amazing at how hyped up this place is. The food is mediocre at best, and the service is terrible. The only form of redemption is the price, which even then isn't that good. There is much better burger joints in the area, for example Daily's up on eastlake and Red Mill.
Eat there – The Deluxe is the best burger for the money in Seattle. Emphasis; for the money. So good and cheap! Don't forget to get a molkshake too. the only downside is that it's standing room only, outdoors at that.
The WORST burger experience ever – I can't believe this is the top of the heap for burger joints in Seattle. I went expecting a fantastic burger, and with the lack of service I got, it should of been the best burger ever. First, they don't take requests, which was ok for my burger, but was not for my dog's burger. They act like it is too much trouble to leave mustard and ketchup of a burger. I can't decide.. – What was worse? Could it have been the terrible customer service (complete with eye-rolling while taking my order)? Or could it had been the "atmosphere" with the filthy tables and giant painting of a cow in the kitchen? No, I know - it was the DRY burger that I ate. Seriously - this is a big city, folks. There are many, MANY better places to eat. Urban legend?? That's the only thing I can think of as to why this place has such high reviews.
Flown to seattle just to eat here – Working for an airline has one excellent perk, flying. I've flown numerous times to seattle to eat there specifically the broadway location. 2 cheeseburgers and a vanilla milkshake.. Making me drool just thinking about it!
great for what they are. – where else can you get cheap, fresh hot burgers and a pretty decent chocolate shake at 1:55am. ....that's what i thought.
Yummmmmmy!! – So good after a drunken night of fun. But also good for a silly little date, walking about the avenue. Definitely get the onions. Sooooo good!!
Best Root beer Floats! – This place is the perfect place to go past midnight if you are still have the munchies. It has the best root beer floats! You get a hunk of fresh vanilla ice cream with bubbling root beer poured over the top. Prices are dirt cheap which makes it affordable for us poor college students. It generally seems to be a college late-night hangout with a speckling of the older crowd.
