UPDATE: 12.22 went through the drive through again today. order took no time at all, food came out quickly and HOT, customer service was good. Thank you Dickeys BBQ! 12.9 Went through the drive thru with my husband for lunch today and ordered the westerner plate with mac and cheese and fried okra to split. Went at about 11:30 this morning my brisket was not just not hot, it was COLD. Uck cold brisket never thought brisket could be ickky.
Terrible experience. Took 25 minutes to go inside and get an order to go. They weren’t busy at all. The staff doesn’t communicate at all. The kid cutting the meat was extremely slow. They gave me Mac and cheese instead of fries. I had to ask 3 times to get the fries. They forgot to put the pulled pork sandwich I ordered in the bag as well. When I got back to get the sandwich it had been sitting out on the counter the whole time unwrapped. They wrapped up the sandwich and handed it to me. Worst experience I have ever had.
