first and last time i will go to that restaurant. ordered online went ti pick up and guess what..they were out of everything that i ordered ... then to top it off order was paid for when ordered ... now i have to jump through hoops to get money back ... offered gift card why would i want that when i have no intetion of going to again

looks like this company doesn't care, but here's my two cents. just dealt with the manager of the store on Bandera rd in san Antonio Texas. they just catered an event where they left a mess of food every where and left without cleaning the counters or floors. on top of that the crew took cooking equipment that did not belong to them. when I spoke to the mgr, about the mess, he out right called me a liar, and said just because you are a little nobody, that could not handle an event of that size, I should not make things up ab... read more
One of the items that was ordered (the westerner) was great where as the pulled pork sandwich had chunks of hard pieces of meat. One of the workers, I'm guessing manager because she wore a different color shirt than the rest, was very rude and chose to talk to coworkers instead of serving customers. We had to wait until the three workers stopped talking in order to pay for our meal.
