Drive thru is broken with no sign saying so. I called the store and was told "it doesn't work." I asked if I could pull ahead to the window to order. I was told I could just come inside. What a joke. I drove to a different place.
I went to Dickey's here in York wanting a Baker but couldn't get anyone to help me at the drive through! I have had this happen before. I drove off as had the person in the car in front of me. I'm going to DQ.

Our headset has been problematic, we dropped the backup and broke it, the new one is supposed to arrive Monday. I know it is not a good excuse, but that is the reality.
Very bad service, worse attitudes. Not worth your time.
RecommendedDickey's is surrounded by fast food so it's nice to have something nicer than that. Their choices do allow for some dietary needs which fast food doesn't offer. A friendly staff helps a lot as well.

brisket was all fat and was not a slice of brisket but like part of a chuck roast 2 sides of my 3 meat were ribs - 5 ribs - hard to split 5 ribs ribs were good have photo of fat brisket if you want order was to go but did not open it till i got to hastings or i would have went back!!!

After reviewing the cameras we did indeed cut that fat off the point of the brisket. I apologize for the poor quality product you received and as I said via direct message, get me your address and I will take care of it.
