have been to the york store 5 times since it opened the first time was a good experience but all 4 after got worse I waited inside for over an hour to get served and the food was cold and overpriced for the little portions we received. ordered over the phone got there at the specified time and waited over 35 min even though only two customers were in store and no drive thru. the rest of times food is cold or under cooked it's very sad because I've been very happy at other stores. Placed an online order on a Friday afternoon, my card was charged but when I arrived to pick up my order, the store was closed (no sign on the door/drive-thru/fb). Have been waiting 4 days for a refund to be issued, with no response to phone calls or messages.
Wonderful barbecue The people who work there are wonderful.
New owner having some supply chain issues, but greeted me with a big smile and with a few substitutions I still had an amazing meal! Good luck Johnny!

I pulled up right before these guys were about to close one Friday night without realizing what time it was. As someone who has worked in a kitchen a late customer is the last thing you want to see before closing. But they treated me like a king. The general manager, Johnny, and his staff were so nice and thoughtful. I’ve have never been treated so well by any other restaurant. The food was excellent. Thanks for the great service and food!
