Service was terrible (mid day, no customers, yet we waited 10 minutes to even be looked at). Food tasted mediocre, but made hubby and I sick for the rest of the day. Definitely disappointed since we love the Arapahoe location. PS - Why are the employees rating their own store? Afraid of the customer reviews so you need to bring up the average?
We love Dickey's BBQ and were so excited to order and support Castle Rock. We were disappointed that after waiting in line for over 25 minutes to get into the building (totally understandable) we were told they were out of pulled pork sandwiches. On a grand opening day you have to order way above and beyond especially if you run a special - no excuses!
