Always good and the service is great in Castle Rock Colorado
The cream spinach gave us food poisoning and the brisket was super fatty....
This place was so awesome! Far better than Famous Daves. Seth was so friendly and really sold it! We will come back
Bring back the bakers!!! They are delicious and definitely something you can't get anywhere else. I know our family personally won't be going to dickeys nearly as often with out them on the menu. The manager did offer that he would pick up a couple baked potatoes if I gave him 4 hour notice or so which was extremely nice!!
We've been patrons at this Dickey's for several months now. Last month we had a very large carryout order (2XL family packs). The staff checked and double-checked our order. We were missing two sides. Not only did they throw in an extra side for the oversight but they also gave us two coupon cards for sandwiches on a future visit. Our Dickey's BBQ staff truly does go the extra mile. We appreciate that, and we appreciate their focus on customer service.

Another disappointing visit to Dickeys! About 6 months ago we ordered over $50 of bbq for pick up and when we got home there was not one single bbq sauce in our bag. We called and complained and haven't been back since. Tried again today. We ordered online at 1:15, put in we would pick up at 1:45. My husband got there at 1:45 and they had no idea there was ever an online order despite my email confirmation......he had to wait 15minutes and what do you know?? Amber- thanks for taking the time to weigh in. First off, I'm sorry about your experience. That is definitely frustrating and I apologize that you guys had to deal with that. Barbecue sauce IS definitely critical with a good barbecue meal! In going back through both camera footage and computer receipts though, the Castle Rock store had no online orders between the hours of 12PM and 2PM on Saturday- are you sure you were at the right location that you placed the order at?
