placed a to go order. no bacon on our potato that was not worth almost 7 bucks, shorted us an order of pickles, no brisket in our meat trio (only 2 meats), and 4 small ribs and 2 small sides cost about 14 bucks. The food was tastey but cold, and the portions are not worth the money paid. really disappointed.
Restaurant closes at 9p and went in at 8:20p and the workers were cleaning up and had no utensils and used a side cup as a spoon and did not make “The Ted” as it was advertised. They put mashed potatoes and fatty pieces of brisket in a styrofoam container-no cheese, sour cream or butter on it. Clearly this Dickey’s franchise is poorly managed and quality is of no concern.

Great cheap lunch menu. Was impressed
Too bad, use to love this place. Been going since they first opened. Owner doesn’t care. Food was cold so when I told them they wrapped my brisket in a tray liner and stuck it back in the microwave. Ribs were inedible. Ice Cream machine was broken. They offered a popsicle. Dickey’s you were once a family favorite. Now we will be moving on.
Agree with the last two reviews, unfortunately. Where is the owner? Grease spot out front, cold food, corporate needs to be contacted ASAP!!
This place has definitely gone down hill. Our fries were cold, the sides that are an even smaller container now were all half filled. I posted pictures on Yelp. This used to be our "go-to" place for good food but we won't be back.
We usually love Dickeys and we're excited to go. The new menu looked good and we were told that this location has a new owner now. Service was really slow. Most of the meats we ordered were serviced cold. The side items were luke warm. The only food served hot was the fries and okra. They were out of sweet tea and some of the sodas were messed up.
