RecommendedI got off work at 8pm last night ordered my food online and left my house in Orting at 830pm to go get my food. Traffic and construction was so bad I didn't get to the restaurant tell 9:15. I had called at 8:45 to tell them the trouble I was having getting to the restaurant and those amazing employees told me no big deal we will put your food in the warmer and didn't close tell I got there. Not going back. Food was lukewarm at best. Bread wasn't toasted, cold cheese on one sandwich and the other sandwich was missing components. Mushy pasta in the mac and cheese and unseasoned potatoes. Generally if customers have issues with their food, they call the store and we will correct the issue. You did not and simply went on social media criticizing my store during these difficult times when many restaurants are closing, can't find qualified help and are struggling to stay open. The issue you had is not one that is common or accepted by me.
