Went yesterday and the full slab of ribs we ordered were unwrapped from plastic wrap and sliced. Of course if you have to wrap it, it isn't fresh. Paid too much for what was suppose to be a full slab of ribs, more like small slab, that was dried out. I certainly won't be using their frequent visitor card. Highly disappointed.
