The Riverton Utah Dickey's location has really gone downhill over the past year! At the beginning of 2019, food was good quality and counter help was very friendly. My most recent visit was very disappointing. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and the meat was overcooked and dry. The fried okra was good, but when the main part of the meal is so lackluster, it really can't make up for it. It also felt like the counter help was put out that they had to put together an order.

Dickey's bbq could actually add some smoke flavor to their ribs, brisket and get rid of that so called kilbasa sausage. It's horrible with no flavor, like they got the lowest cut of meat. Dickey's BBQ baked beans taste like they came straight out of the Campbells can. I'm sorry Dickey's but you are zero in my book especially after eating at the better BBQ which is Shawn's. We figured we'd give you a try and cried because we wasted our money.

I went in yesterday and ordered the picnic pack .it was the worst food I ever eaten. the brisket was fatty, had no sauce on it or on the side . the rolls i received was hard on the inside and out ,the waffle fries were hard as a brick. and the mac & cheese was barely enough to feed 1 person. and it states can feed 2-4 people. i myself wouldn't recommend eating there to anyone.

I just had literally the worst experience at your Burnsville MN store. I feel SWINDLED by your company. 4 sides missing, the add on ribs missing, all the toppings missing from the turkey sandwich, cold food, Caesar salad not even 1/2 full, a burnt end given as brisket instead of sliced brisket like ordered. This was the SINGLE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE that I have ever had - and I am a total foodie and eat out 8-10 times a week.

We were a regular customer for a long time until the last 3 experiences in a row! We will not go back. We are not the only ones either, obviously, there is never anyone there anymore. We placed our order, repeating it 4 times to the guy because the manager was in his ear fussing and being rude. Poor employees can not do the job without annoying manager fussing in front of all 3 costumers that were there. Then the manager tells them to stop working our order and work a big online order first.. also, the sign on the door says ... read more

Waited 30 minutes for curbside. Ended up going into the restaurant where I was told we had to call not use the check in button on the app. When I arrived home our brisket sandwiches were mostly dried out pieces of beef and tough to chew. The apps price for one piece of pecan pie was $2.49. I was charged $4.98 for a small sliver of pie. The few tender pieces of sandwich were good though. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

BBQ is moist and tasty. Sides are good although small. Didn't get my Carolina BBQ sauce or pickles on my last order. Decent BBQ needs some acid to balance the smoke flavor and the sweetness of the usual sauces Pulled pork needs some mustard and vinegar to balance the flavor. Having nice crisp fresh pickles with BBQ balances a meal out.
