Hey thanks for letting us know. I know that you spoke to the other owner earlier today and we worked to resolve the issue. We invite you back for a meal on us.
Ordered thru a delivery service. once we got our food, it was missing items so we called the location and the rudest person answered the phone. After not even 5 minutes he told me that he didn't have time to deal with me and that I would have to call back. Was also told that a manager was also not on duty. Poor Customer Service.
Was told the ribs were just pulled off the grill. They were tough and cold. Potato casserole was cold and the beans were just dumped from the can, cold as well. The BBQ that they put in my bag spilled everywhere and the other one was cold. No one likes to pay $11 for lunch and not be able to eat it.
Visited today for my usual-- chopped beef sandwich and waffle fries. The taste is good as ever, but the meat portion on my sandwich is very inadequate and some fat. This has been going down for some time, but this small a portion is unacceptable.

I love their highly over priced food. What I'm upset about is walking out with a ticket that said 23.27 , getting home 27.92 was taken off my card. THE OWNER BLAMED MY BANK. I have screenshots of receipt and bank deduction WITH THEIR NAME on it. $4.65 may not be much to you but it's a gallon of milk to me
