They didnt fullfill my order and kept my money. The management Robert does not deserve the title, terrible customer service. He first apologized said he could refund me half of my money. When I said I wanted my full amount he said ok. Then he called back and tried to put the blame on the Delivery driver which was not the case since I spoke with her, she cried and told me they only gave her one bag. I watched her pull out one bag for her warmer bag. Dickeys BBQ stole my Money and didnt refund me for what they missed.

We ordered through a 3rd party delivery company, and were missing an item when our order arrived. Upon calling Dickey's, the manager first apologized and asked if we wanted a refund of 50% of the item. No thank you, just a full refund of the $5.95 item we didn't receive. He agreed and hung up. Five minutes later he called back to claim it was really the delivery person's fault, and she should have had two bags. We watched her unzip the hot bag, and there was only one bag in there. placed an order on uber eats at about 7pm tonight. it already had a driver assigned to the order and was 10 minutes from the estimated delivery time and you guys cancelled the order. not cool. 😒😒
RecommendedVery tasty. Ribs are super tender, cheesy Mac n cheese. Cole slaw was delicious. Portions ore perfect. Enjoyable meal and nice atmosphere. Pecan pie was a hit also
