On 9/2/2019 (LABOR DAY) I placed an order thru Dickey's app. I get there to pick my order up and was told they do not have my order. I told them I ordered thru the app and this young lady looked as if it was her first time hearing of someone ordering thru the app. I waited almost 5 minutes while she look around and comes from the back with my order slip. She tells me they are out of ribs and it would be a 1 1/2 hr before they have any. Unbelievable....no ribs!! I ask for a refund after learning there was no manager on site.... read more

WARNING!!! UBER EATS DRIVERS WILL STEAL YOUR FOOD AND UBER EATS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Ordered $55 worth of food through Uber eats, driver says he pulled up and waited just about a minute over the allowed 5min wait, then cancelled the order and stole my food! Once I received the message that the driver was outside I let him know I was coming, once I got outside the driver was no where to be found! Former Employee Very poorly managed and unprofessional. I have seen a manager get into an altercation with a teenage employee where he got physical with him. Lost my trust for the GM when that situation was left unattended and the manager was boasting about the altercation with another employee. The Muskegon store had a manager Zack who couldn't count over $100. And Dennis who could barely read,wow. This Dickey's is ran by certified Retards,who have no clue on food service. I was written up 4 times each time they used a nickname to identify me so I signed Daffy Duck, on it , they're so slow they didn't read what I wrote. On 2-22-2019 I was written up by a lead who was in prison 10 for burglary, he has access to safe,go figure. I signed his write up Dumb azmfka. Still they didn't read what I signed. Worked at a Retards paradise, lots of drug addicts, and special Ed workers and managers don't have clue. We have been open since last May and we are knee deep in the red, I have been in food service since 1988 with a degree in Business Administration, I have offered input, but they don't take advice well and it shows.No Market Research was done, Muskegon,Mi is a lower income town, so it's usually dead in the store while next door the restaurant is booming daily. FRESNO CALIFORNIA; The Dickey's on N. Blackstone @ Bullard, for the first time today I went to lunch there. VERY EXPENSIVE for a lunch. I ordered a two meat plate with coleslaw & Beans. Unbelievably bad! The meat was served on a piece of paper & was just as dry as the paper. The side orders were smaller than a fat farm serving. I had really bad indigestion the rest of the day & couldn't go back to work. They disabled me for $15.06 !

i have gone two times to get ribs , one time was last month and the last time was Oct, 6th. both times they did not have ribs ready and said that it would be between a half hour to a hour before they would be ready. i live 20 miles away from the store and i was taking them home for dinner. i do not understand how they could run out all the time.
