Daughter in Kosovo ordered a Father's Day delivery online that was supposed to be brisket and pork but showed up as wings and drummies... Tried calling the Fairfax VA (Lee Hwy) restaurant where the order originated several times over three days and could not reach an actual person. Left messages and never received a call back. On March 27, 2020 during the COVID pandemic when restaurants were allowed to open in limited seating, I went to the Dicky's in Friendswood, Texas. The manager had his mask around his neck and was eating in the hall way. I asked why he wasn't wearing his mask. He put his mask over his mouth but not his nose. I want to make myself clear first that i'm not writing this review in order to sound like a douche but i have feelt something needs said to the corporate office just in case there is the possibility that they don't know what is going on behind their backs with franchises serving crap under Dickeys name brand . I was just in your Madison MS location and your manager (Al) was rude and dismissive from the start. I called his attention to his rudeness and he doubled down, telling me he could not read my mind. He then proceeded to make what he thought was a joke with the customer behind me -- talking about me as if I was not standing there or invisible. I was so very disappointed at the Downey location in Cali. The brisket was dry and hard....called the location and explained my issue with he said his name was Joey and he said nor did nothing to compensate me for that awful meat. Not happy!!! I 😖😖😖😖

I'm 71 years old and must say, without question, this was the sorriest service and BBQ I've ever endured and when I said something about it all three of the people behind the counter told me to get out. There was a man trying to eat sitting at a table in front of the cash register and when he heard what all three workers were saying to me he spoke up and let it be known he was "appalled" so they told him to get out as well.
