In my opinion these are some of the most Lying and Shady people that I have ever dealt with. I would Not be surprised to learn that they are breaking many laws as well as ethical boundaries. HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT trust or even waste your time
I have known Monte and his son Perry for over 20 years. I’m a real estate broker as well and enjoy working with the Dunham’s whenever the chance arrives. Both men are honest and truthful. There is a reason they and myself and been in the Real estate business for decades. Our reputation means everything. Recommended!
I have been a tenant in property owned by Monte Dunham since June of 2009. It is a retail business and have renewed the Lease two times. I have occupied the space for eight and one-half years. My experience with "Monty" has been normal and I have not had any problems with him as my Landlord during this time. I converse with other tenants in the same center, and I have never heard a complaint concerning him as the Landlord. I would give this review 0 stars, but unfortunately it doesn't give me that option. I have been saving money up and even took out a loan to open a business in one of this company's spaces recently. I have been trying to lease a space from this company for about 2 months now give or take a few weeks. The space was currently being leased by someone who wasn't ever open and didn't pay their rent regularly or on time, according to Monte Dunham, the person I was dealing with. Monte Dunham has been my landlord for over 40 years. I have had other landlords in other businesses but haven’t had anybody close to Monte. I started Tulsa Gold and Silver back in 1974. Most of that time we never even had a signed contract and never have I had a problem. Anything that went wrong (roof leaks, air conditioning, etc.) was promptly taken care of. I have never written a review of anyone before but I believe in Monte so much, I would be happy to say he’s great to lease from!!
