The furnace in my home had never been serviced since it was installed 5 years ago. Dickenschrauf came out and was professional telling me along the way what each piece does and showing me what mine looked like versus the new piece. Yuck! I'll be having my furnace maintained more often! Plus I no longer hear it kick on like before! Great guys and super professional.
Installed a furnace for us and can't explain what a good job they done great communication and just all around customer service to anyone's comfort zone.
No heat - made a call and time frame I was told became true. Very polite & knowledgable young man, Jarod, who showed me the problem, the purpose the part plays and replaced. Here & gone, all about an hours worth. Will use them for all my heating & cooling & plumbing service. Thank you!
