Very disappointed. Drove a long distance and left work early specifically to drop off a brand-new Husqvarna trimmer for warranty service, as the Husqvarna website explicitly states this location "Offers Service." When I arrived, the employee at the front desk told me they don't do it. Complete waste of time and gas. Buyers beware—either call ahead to double-check or avoid Husqvarna products and their service network altogether.
Excellent experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my mower, got it running again, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service, highly recommend!
Had a slight technical problem in the beginning. Management reached out quickly to resolve it. I will be a repeat customer when it's time to upgrade.
