Purchased a new zero turn and the experience was excellent. Answered all my questions, delivered the machine to my driveway, and took the time to give me tutorial on how it works and what to know. Very pleased and highly recommend.
This is my first ever review and not a customer that is hard to satisfy. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received for repair of my Echo Leaf Blower. On 11/18/24 I took my blower in for service as I had installed a new carburetor and spark plug but it still would not start. I went to pick it up and they had replaced with another spark plug and gas filter. Fine not a big deal maybe I had the wrong plug. I tried starting in the parking lot and could not get it to crank.
