Honest, Reputable and Caring... Finally, I have found an Experienced, Trustworthy jeweler!
Dickens is my go to jeweler for everything. I had earring designed and made with diamonds from a pin my mom and grandmother had for my daughter's communion. They were exquisite! My wedding band and engageent bands were made there also. I love their workmanship and I trust them with my precious jewelry for repairs. They are top notch!
I bought a wedding set from a private seller. Took it in and Victor authenticated it and sized it while I waited. It was my 1st there, but I'll go back for sure. Amazing personalized customer service.
Absolutely beautiful repair and polishing of my wedding set. Victor didn't like the way a prong repair was looking so he ordered and replaced the entire head of my platinum diamond setting, at no extra charge. Meticulous repair and polishing work. And nice, sincere people to boot! Highly recommend.
Dickens is the best. Whenever I have come in they always have the best customer service, and have been so nice and helpful. They have a fantastic selection and are very meticulous and thorough in making sure that I leave with exactly what I envisioned. I will always recommend them because there is no one better!!
Love them! Everything from repairs to custom made jewelry and everything in between. Victor just made a hand-cast yellow gold hear to replace one that had fallen off of a ring I adored, and I love it even more than the original! Highly recommend Dickens Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.
