The Sales Manager came into the salespersons office, why I don't know, and told me he had to meet his numbers. I'm not a number or part of a quota for anyone. Thus nothing else was said and didn't buy anything there and never will!!!
I really like the car salesman I had.He was very friendly and polite .
The dealer was quick to respond. I was able to schedule a test drive for the next day.The vehicle appearance was as listed. However, I was interested in seeing the vehicle/model in a different color and lower mileage. The dealer was able to get the vehicle of my preference from another branch, and I happily made a purchase. Everyone I came in contact with (the sales manager, the salesperson-Joseph, and finance manager) were extremely friendly. I have no complaints and would recommend the dealer to others.
Left contact info thru website, texted with internet on line manager. Left word out eta was going to be 0900 hrs Monday. We called after driving 90 min, at 0845 in hoes that they would prep unit before we arrived. When we arrived, they told us the General Manager had the unit and was on vacation and had the unit. This dealership was dishonest about still having the vehicle in inventory. I contacted them on a Friday regarding the vehicle, spoke to them twice that day and again Saturday morning prior to driving 2 hours to see the car. When we got there they said the vehicle sold on Friday and was delivered that morning. Then they tried to find "similar" cars within their dealership, all almost $10,000 more. They left this listing up for almost a week after the car was sold. Terrible business and ethics.
Mr. Campbell the sale person that worked out our deal was professional, knowledgeable, and not overwhelming. I have purchased a few cars over the past four years and Dick Smith Nissan was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you again Mr. Campbell for getting me a great deal on my Frontier.
