I scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck at this dealership, driving 30 minutes to get there. The morning of my visit, the listing had disappeared from their website — which I later discovered was because the truck had already sold the day before. My contact started with texting Courtney who was awesome, she was responsive and polite despite me asking one million questions. When we arrived at the dealership we had the good fortune of working with Diego. He was amazing right from the start. Honestly I can not say enough great things about him, he is super friendly, personable, and really makes you feel like he is truly happen to assist you. They Called and text me to set up an appointment then sold the car out from underneath me before I got off work. Will never think about dealing with them again
We worked with Kevin Barbosa and he was great. Very straightforward and transparent with all the information and details about the car and the purchasing process. We are totally happy with the car we bought and ptice we paid .

It was not a good visit. They scheduled an appointment to show me a vehicle that had to be serviced before they could show it. The next vehicle that I agreed to look at had incorrect data posted online. It was not in the condition that was presented online. Way too much time for nothing.

The truck wasn’t even there after scheduling an appointment, it had been sold and didn’t bother to tell me it has been sold, I drove almost an hour for them to tell me it sold, terrible communication. But I guess they thought if they could get me in there, I would buy something else, 1 out of 10
