I went here with my son in April and bought a 2017 Ford Fusion with 66,000 miles on it. It was even their showroom model with a big red ribbon on it. We test drove it and everything seemed okay. A month later it was in the shop with a $1900 repair bill. The mechanics after looking at it said someone had to know that it had an issue. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from this dealership about a month ago, and my overall experience was just average. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the sales manager left a much different impression. I tried negotiating on a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for about three months and had visible body damage. Purchased a vehicle here for my daughter. Not even an hour after driving it off the lot we noticed the rear defrost wasn't working....Ali my sales guy says to me he knows a mechanic that I can pay to have this fixed at. When I say that's ridiculous & I'd like to talk with Lucky the manager, he says he's in a meeting & he'll call me afterwards. Yep still waiting on that call. Also this car is only a 2022, not only do I have to pay to have this fixed but the vehicle came missing a headrest, no extra key, no spare tire or jack.... read more

I would caution you to call first to make sure the specific vehicle you’re interested in is still available BEFORE driving there. (We actually did call to let them know we were on our way and they still did not mention it wasn’t available) My husband made an appointment with a salesman to look at a specific vehicle. We made special arrangements for our day with two young children and drove an extra 40 minutes in our day to get there and be told the vehicle had misfired the day before and wasn’t available.
