I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a week ago. Three days after purchase, it started to overheat and around the same time, the steering started to become difficult. I had it looked at by a mechanic and found out it needs $3200 worth of work done. This includes a new radiator (including upper and lower hoses), rack and pinion, tie rods, and new brakes. I have a 2018 Promaster City Cargo van that has been in the service department for over a month for a Part, I been lied to and treating very poorly. The Van currently in the service department on Fowlerville, MI. I wouldnt advise them to service any of my car ever.
