Last week, my truck had trouble starting. Normally, I'd suspect the battery, but this time it was accompanied by a few other warning lights. Just to be safe, I got it started, and dropped it off at Dick Myers. Terry and her team got my truck in the shop as soon as they could. It turned out to just be the battery, but just to be safe, they also reflashed the firmware for the center screen computer as well. Everyone in the service area very friendly
They have been very informative helping is register vehicles from out of state. We have had a few problems with one of our jeeps. They got is in quickly, notified is of the issue, what was needed and how long it would take. Ince repair was done we were immediately notified. Awesome service department.
