Dick Madsen went above to make sure to get permits.
They were honest with me about how long it take and then finished sooner than planned. They like to finish their work with one customer before they take on another and gave me notice right away if they weren’t able to see me and scheduled a new appointment right away even if was a holiday.
They are busy, so they will schedule an estimated time for starting and completing job.
They were very professional and follow through to make sure they could meet my schedule to get it done. They corrected what another roofing company mess up!

As soon as we selected Madsen roofing, he sent some one out the next day. Time and rain will determine the effectiveness of the repair. He was helpful, prompt, and completed the work in one day.
This was a covered patio repair and was completed right before a night of rain and everything was completely dry the next day. They were quick and courteous throughout the process.
