In working with LFP, they were extremely patient and accommodating in helping us find a home as well as working with us when dealing with our unique situation. Because of LFP, I felt comfortable in providing stability for my family. Their word is their bond and I highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
Negative Mgmt Co.!!! – Very disorganized, negative, lacks appropriate responding time, terrible and negative communication, and unwilling to work with in you. Criag in particular has a short and negative attitude. Making things easier for him and not for the renters is what he thinks is appropriate.Word of advice in the business world, positive and better responsive time will in fact make a renter feel better about talking to you.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! – Craig is the best!!!!! From the moment he showed the home and all the services he has provided to us, he was awesome! The best property management company in San Diego – I have been a tenant with Dick Logan & Friends for the last eight years in three different properties. Through this entire time Craig Logan and his staff have always been courteous, helpful and professional. Don’t a lease with them if the house is not in good conditio – We are currently renting from them and we have had problems from the first day we’ve moved in to the home. We rented the house with the assumption and agreement things would be fixed because at the time when we saw the house, the floors were being refurbished. We asked for some things to be fixed and they told me they would have it done (I figured since they are fixing floors theym would fix the other stuff). Not a good first impression for prospective tenant – I'm a business owner in a service oriented industry and building customer relationships is priority AND the product that I sell should be up to par. I don't feel I got that from this company. I was looking for a home to rent while my home was on the market so I found a home at a good price listed by this agency on craigslist. Purchase Renters Insurance – We would like to address the negative review from em2009. We at Dick Logan & Friends, Inc. (DLF) realize that the review was written out of frustration. The author of the review is the mother of a great family and they were great tenants. They took excellent care of the house and left it in great condition. Despicable Property Management Company-DO NOT RENT FROM THEM – If I could give a negative star rating I would. This company should not be operating at all.
