Camery o5. i called and told them my od main. light came on at 59,111 miles and wanted to know why it came on ., they said it was my 60,000 miles check up was due.so I made an appointment and got it in the next day . so it wouldn't cause any damage. to my car. and they fixed it in a timely manner,very polite.
L All in all had a great experience..was immediately greeted upon arrival, fast curteous service. Immediate shuttle service.. And a great mechanic who wasn't even involved in working on my Toyota, but overheard my conversation while checking out.. The mechanic that had been working on my car couldn't "replicate" was I was concerned about.. 2009 mazda 6, service. Excellent service, friendly sales staff. I will defiantly be doing business here again in the future. They got me in first thing in the morning for service on my car and had me out of there an hour before they told me they would be done.
Incompetent Technicians Stay Away from this place. After having our Lexus serviced at **** ****** Kelso Wa, I figured I would take my truck there for service as well. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I was told that my front end alignment was way out, that I would need an alignment. Once they serviced my truck I was told that both upper and lower ball joints were completely worn out and needed to be replaced. I took my wife's Rav 4 in with a front left tire that wouldn't hold air. I was told that the tire was beyond repair and that we would need to buy a new one at $224. I had them put the spare on and put the "irreparable" tire in the back. I went to Superior Tire in Longview, WA and asked if they could fix the tire. They did fix it and mounted it FREE OF CHARGE. Wow, **** Hannah either has incompetent Tire Techs or just want to suck money out of their customers. AVOID **** HANNAH in Kelso if you have tire issues.

Sorry for any confusion. The service advisor mentioned at the time that, due to safety reasons, we were not comfortable patching a puncture almost directly on top of a previous repair. There are repair facilities and tire facilities who will perform patches like this, but we are not comfortable with it due to the increased probability of tire failure. We did mention at the time that if you wanted to have it fixed, you might be able to find a tire facility willing to attempt the repair. Again sorry for any confusion. It wasn'... read more
