Good Service As Always – I called and scheduled an oil change and inspection for our Toyota 4 Runner. They were very polite & professional over the phone. They also called and sent me an email to remind me of my appointment. When I got there they were right there to get me and my car taken care of. They gave me a specific time that it would take, but it took less time then was indicated. I waited in their "waiting" area which is always clean, and they have coffee & tea and a snack machine. Unbelieveable Service – I continue to be impressed with the service at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. In my most recent visit I requested diagnoses of an electrical problem with my Tundra. Within five minutes of moving my vehicle into the service are, the service foreman was reporting the finding. The problem was found, a plan of action was developed, and I was on my way with confidence and satisfaction. What a great team and I return again to Dick Hannah for their great service.

Awesome customer service – I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Dick Hannah Toyota of Longview and had a great buying experience. Great Service – Everyone wants a new car but no one likes the process. However, Long made the process "pain-free". I told Long exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, he listened and I got exactly what I wanted.....Of all the salesman I dealt with, I believe that Long is the best. When it's time for me to upgrade, I look forward to buying my next car from here!!

Awsome service. The salesman(Long) was very friendly,helpful and "went the distance" just find us the right car we want. Late into the evening, he drove us from Kelso to Vancouver and back to Kelso. He also covered all the questions we had. Overall, i'm happy with the service and price.

We just purchased a 2011 Tacoma Double Cab 4X4 from Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. After doing a lot of research with Consumer Reports about this size of pickup, this 2011 Tacoma stood out as the best choice for our use. great car service – Just bought a 2006 Toyota prius from another dealer in Oregon only to find out that the oil was over filled, the filters were filthy and car needed brake work. Mary was very polite, friendly and helpful. We were also provided with transportation. This was kind of fun. We were dropped of at the star bucks, went shopping and then were picked up and brought home. When car was ready the really nice driver picked us up again. Camery o5. i called and told them my od main. light came on at 59,111 miles and wanted to know why it came on ., they said it was my 60,000 miles check up was due.so I made an appointment and got it in the next day . so it wouldn't cause any damage. to my car. and they fixed it in a timely manner,very polite.
