A Subaru was not my first choice for a car, but 4 out of 6 of my closest friends have all bought cars from here in the last year. They all had such smooth experiences, I was convinced to not buy anywhere else. I called yesterday to make an appointment to get oil changed today. While waiting on hold, forever, the advertisement kept running " did you know you can get your oil changed without an appointment. Try our express service....." Drove all the way up to Vancouver today to get oil changed (had to take time off from work), only to be told it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait!! I bought 3 cars from this place, and was going to stick with them for my future car buying. I dealt with internet sales back with my other purchases and it seemed fair and strait forward. Now I am dealing with them again and it beyond disappointing. I am a fair guy, I understand when I trade in a car for a new car I might take a loss, and I get it. It is no problem, but after getting lowballed on a car I bought from them in jan 2012, and then added every option they have, made me sick. I would highly not recommend this place... read more

We bought a Chevy Trailblazer from the Dick Hannah Truck Center across the street. It needed warranty work, and we had to bring it back to Vancouver to get this done. Living in Seattle, this is inconvenient but understandable. The issue was 'diagnosed' but they were unable to fix it that day. It took them three weeks (after ignoring several of our phone calls) to finally schedule us for service at the Subaru dealership. I was looking to test drive two of the cars that fit my interest level at which point Sam was able to grab the keys and let me take them for a spin. Sam was very down to earth and a great personality to work with from the initial meet and greet to the final signing of the vehicle. I will recommend him for any friends/family that are looking to acquire a Subaru vehicle.

Since I knew I wanted a Forester, I called all of the Subaru dealers in the Portland/Vancouver area to see who could get me the best deal. Dick Hannah offered the best deal right off the bat, and followed through with incredible service. Jeremiah was friendly and responsive, and made our buying experience pleasant. You truly can Believe in Nice because they can deliver it. I will recommend Dick Hannah to anybody looking for a new car...especially if they are looking for a Subaru!

I bought my brand New Impreza here last week!!! What a painfree, actually enjoyable experience. Joel and the finance dept were funny and wonderful!!! I love my new car!!!
