Bought a used car thinking I could trust a large dealership which has been in business for so long. Sadly its been one hassle after another. First I was promised features my car didn't have, than my engine light comes on 2 months after my purchase, and first I'm told (without doing anything other than plugging a computer into my dash) that I had a spider in my car nesting, that set off the warning. Best car buying experience ever! Tyler let us drive both cars we were interested in, helped us test out our kids car seats to make sure there would be enough room. And while we were signing the papers he was sitting on the floor in the kids area playing with our kids!!!
Great experience. Not pushy at all and they were very willing to work with us and what we could afford. Tyler even kept the kiddos entertained while we were signing paperwork!
I whent there yesterday and i was disapointed. Dint even try to get me financed, they were my last chance to get an all well deive vehicole so i can work of road in construction. They advertise financing for bad credit. Its a lie. Having 2 jobs whasent enoughf to get me financed. And the sales guy dint want my trade in. But if i had 3000.00 dlls then go back i was told. They said thank you for serving our country and we support our trops but the support ended when i asked for financing.
I have never been so shocked and upset by ANY customer service oriented business. I special ordered a 2015 Subaru Outback from these swindlers and was completely pulled the rug from underneath! I had all the paperwork in my hands ready to sign and notice the price was WRONG and higher than quoted. I worked this deal for MONTHS and they cant get that right?? Amazing. Jeremiah gave me the best sales experience I've ever had. Not only that the Internet Sales team was fantastic, the finance guy was super fast and easy, and the Allstate guy got my insurance quote while I waited and might save me a ton. Seriously awesome experience after shopping around all over and feeling like they were all trying to be super shiesty.
