Have tried this place before because of the reviews and personal referrals but we just don’t have good luck k. We went to give Dick Hannah another shot and unfortunately will not go back and will not recommend. Last evening Rod Smith drove all the way from Vancouver to Astoria and personally delivered our new Forester to us! He then drove our 2017 Forester back home and I can tell you someone will get an awesome used car soon. The whole transaction was handled remotely and went seamlessly! We had our new car in just over 24 hours from first communication! While COVID is making car buying a different experience, I can say that Dick Hannah Subaru (and Rod Smith) know how to make it happen!
I bought a 2020 Crosstrek here in June 2020. I'm happy w/Rod Smith the sale associate I would give him a five star. I live in Eugene but decided to buy my car here due to the deal. I don't regret buying my Crosstrek. However with the frustration from the Finance Manager I would be reluctant to buy another car from Dick Hannah. Rod Smith helped me buy my 2020 Subaru Impreza and was wonderful to work with! He made every effort to get me exactly what I wanted and was very patient with all my questions/concerns as this was my first time buying a car. He even drove it to my house in Fairview for me!

Peter was so great to work with!! He has a great sense of humor too!! He communicated with me, rounded up cars that I was interested in, answered my endless text messages, and was always smiling (I think, we all had masks on). Pete was patient with me until I found what I wanted and what I needed. He never pressured me, and was always upfront and honest!!
