Over the phone I contacted the service department then we decided to trade it in and upgrade to a new vehicle. My Team Service Manager Chris was a great help. He gave me the contact number for Paul Halama in Sales. I sent Paul the specific model info. They located the car exactly as I had requested. It was all handled over the phone.
