The Salesperson Huyen Hoang was outstanding to work with, my 1st time looking at Subaru, after 40+ years as a Ford owner, I made the change to handle the Pacific Northwest Winters safer. Huyen took hours of time to show me all the options & explain all the new Technologies in these cars. I was not hard sold, like the 2 other Dealerships did. He took time to find me the best car for my needs & safety. I recommend this Dealerships great customer care.

Was very thankful for Rod and his extreme patience. He is a genuinely nice guy and very pleasant to talk to. Everyone was very nice and helpful through a very stressful situation. The only complaint I have is that after everything was said and done I was nonchalantly told that there was only one key fob for the keyless entry Nissan due to it being a trade in. Mike El Krewi was very nice to work with as was Tuan who wrangled the forms. Mike patiently took us through a number of new cars and then to the nearby used lot where we saw exactly what we wanted.
