First time buying a car. I was nervous and quite for the most part and my SO did most of the talking, but Antonio Pedroza was very helpful and made sure the process was easy and as quick as possible for a walk in we did on Saturday (busy day). Once we got to the paperwork, Taun Bui, made sure it went smoothly and was very helpful and quite organized and friendly. Well be back soon to hopefully get a car for my SO and hope to work with both Antonio and Taun in the near future. ☺️
I started my car shopping process back in May and didn’t end up selecting a vehicle until the end of June. I was doing a lot of research comparing 3rd row SUVs with a tow package of 5000 pounds. Antonio was very patient and helpful during this process especially since I waited almost 2 months to select a car. Highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru! With the help of Ather, I was able to have a smooth transition into my new car lease. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they had me driving away in my brand new car in about an hour! There was no pressure to “upgrade” into something more than what I wanted. They also did everything they could to help me find the best deal on insurance. Ather even called me personally a week later to see how I was liking the car. With the help from Philip I was able to purchase my very first car with no stress or hassle. He was super attentive and kind. Plus he knew what Silicon Valley was on HBO so that was cool lol.
Certainly NOT NICE. I would most definitely NOT recommend this dealer. They have made statements to me that they then take back. The internet agent made statements (I have in writing) that the Sales Manager then denied as possible. I had asked if I could either take the car to my mechanic prior to sale or post sale with a guarantee of full refund if anything serious was found with the car. The agent brought out the sales manager who assured us there was nothing wrong with the car but he would agree to having my mechanic look... read more
I have purchased a number of new cars over the years (I am old) and I have to say working with Ather and Dick Hannah Subaru was the best experience I have had. I traded up from a 2012 to a 2019 Forester. I got exactly what I wanted. Just a little haggling for fun & to my satisfaction. Since coming to the area six years ago, I have had my car serviced at Dick Hannah and they have been the best. I will continue to bring my new Forester to them for service.
Peter was so helpful, patient and attentive throughout the whole process of buying our new Subaru! He was a joy to with with.
