Had a great experience at Dick Hannah Truck Center. Not going to lie...but at another Dick Hannah dealership, had one of the worst experiences ever, and thought I would never buy a vehicle from them again. Working with Chucky Khunsri, and telling him what happened before, he wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again, and he was a man of his word. Ask for Bobby who works for Tim Stone, great experience if you walk in knowing what you want and your price point. Finance girl in the same building was also excellent (Susan?) she made everything very clear during signing. No sleazy sales techniques clear and forward you can spend X amount, let's look at Y vehicles and pick what you want. Great people, if you go to Dick Hannah go to the truck center first and ask for Bobby.
