When dealing with .Courtney from Dick Hannah it was great until I agreed to by my truck. Soon as she made the sale it was like I didn’t exist. The finance guy was awesome. When Courtney delivered my truck I noticed there was a residue down the side of my truck. She argued with me taking her nails scraping at it. I had the sales manager come look at it and he even took pictures. They honestly should of held the truck until it was fixed as I live 15 hours away so between fuel and taking the time off work it’s not worth bringin... read more
