I am SO irritated with this shop. I placed and order to be picked up today for my mother, it is the anniversary of my grandmother's passing and I wanted to do something nice. I placed the order AND paid for it online. i went to pick up my flowers and was told I needed the physical card because they needed an imprint of the card. I unfortunately did not have the card, as my husband had it. IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING OF THE SORT ON THE WEBSITE OR ON MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Hey Courtney here’s a complete picture of the email that you received. You cut the bottom off in your post. As I told you several times in the store it does very clearly tell you that you need your credit card and ID in order to pick up. You were also told online after you completed the order. You showed us a blurry picture on your phone of someone else’s credit card when you came in. No were in town are you able to use someone else’s credit card and sign for it.
