I am SO irritated with this shop. I placed and order to be picked up today for my mother, it is the anniversary of my grandmother's passing and I wanted to do something nice. I placed the order AND paid for it online. i went to pick up my flowers and was told I needed the physical card because they needed an imprint of the card. I unfortunately did not have the card, as my husband had it. IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING OF THE SORT ON THE WEBSITE OR ON MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I then asked for a refund and I would pay for it with my credit card. What I don't understand is how she could have refunded the card without it being present but couldn't give me my order after it was already PAID for. I was NOT given a receipt for the refund, I was told I'd get an email stating it was refunded, because it was 'immediately' refunded to ths debit card, also hasnt happened so I will be calling tomorrow. I could get flowers delivered without having to show any type of proof of anything, but can not get my order I paid for earlier. I do not recommend this place, the blonde woman was extremely rude and couldnt answer the questions I was asking her, she went and hid in the back.

Hey Courtney here’s a complete picture of the email that you received. You cut the bottom off in your post. As I told you several times in the store it does very clearly tell you that you need your credit card and ID in order to pick up. You were also told online after you completed the order. You showed us a blurry picture on your phone of someone else’s credit card when you came in. No were in town are you able to use someone else’s credit card and sign for it. We have to have your physical card and your ID in the store before anyone can pick up anything which has been protocol for decades. And no one was hiding, we were just busy as the phones were ringing as our store was still open. We did our best to try and help you but it was clear nothing we said or did would be of use. I understand it’s a frustrating time and you made it very clear to us that you were angry and we did our best to calm the situation. I wish you the best and suggest you try a different flower shop for further purchases.
