I filed an application for Harley, a pomeranian about 2 weeks ago. I called the next day to make sure the application was received and provided phone numbers of references to the person who I spoke to on the phone. Never heard anything afterwards. In meantime I filed adoption request with another rescue. Heard back immediately that these puppies had several applications already but they were looking for the best fit. I'm sorry you feel this way Betty. We work very hard to process applications as fast as we can and generally have them processed in one to four days. It may have been that we were waiting to hear back from a vet reference or personal reference. I know that generally that is what holds up applications. I am not sure what other dogs you were interested in as we haven't gotten any other small dogs currently, but I'm glad you were able to adopt a new family member nonetheless. Ashley we take the application process very seriously. Spay and neuter of pets is something that we as a rescue are very passionate about and our rescue partners will not approve applications if there are unaltered pets in the home.
I have heard to many horror stories on the pets she adopts out with health problems and she won't make good on the medical expenses.

Sherri this comment is frankly so out of line. Anyone can look at the dogs and puppies we take in for adoption, look at records, and see how hard we work to keep them happy and healthy. I personally try to keep up with as many adopters and follow our dogs and can say with confidence that we do not leave adopters out in the cold. The staff is horrible very rude, and don't help with anything.
I love Diane's! I'm there about twice a week for all my pet needs- from bulk insect orders to tank decor to food and treats! All the ladies that work here are friendly, personable and helpful!

Love this place! The staff is very friendly, educational and caring. The fish are well stocked and seem healthy. I've been doing salt water aquariums for the past 12 years. I enjoy coming here to purchase more. I've read some reviews on here and it doesn't all seem true. I come here very often and they always welcome me.
