We got my first family dog from here about 20 years ago. They were lovely back then. Now, my mother was looking for help in adoption and she was blown off and told that she was harassing them, all because she called them 3 times in a day. I’m sorry, but as a customer who wants more information or help.. why is calling a place of business an issue? Diane’s wouldn’t adopt to my grandmother because the dog she wanted was 1 years old (and very timid might i add) but because of her age they told her she needed “a dog greater than 5 years old” because of her age. She gets around better than most 50 year olds i know, even looked in better shape than some of the staff! she had adopted there in the past and had excellent references, it’s a shame they discriminated against her because of her age, we won’t be recommending their adoption center anymore!!

We adopted our Chiweenie Bridgette last month from Diane's. They checked with our vet to make sure we were caring for our other dogs. I liked how they don't just adopt to just anyone. Bridgette came in from Tennessee and we were able to come adopt her that evening. It was love at first sight. She is so awesome well behaved puppy. Thank you everyone for giving us this special fur baby.
I moved to another state 1 1/2 years ago. Today I called Diane’s Pet because I couldn’t find my doggies’ rabies licenses, but knew they were good until 2019. Becky (I’m 85% sure of the name Becky) was so courteous and helpful. She called me back w/in 1/2 hour to e-mail copies of the rabies certificates! THANK YOU... I miss your store! Merry

My husband and I adopted twice from Diane's and both times had an excellent experience. Our 2 are rescue's from Tennessee and they are our spoiled "fur babies". We love them so much! We have recommended Diane's Adoption Center to friends, family, and neighbors.
