I love Diane's! She is a hero to me. She has helped so very many pets find homes. I have a 14 year old poodle from Diane's. He had a rough start, but he is the happiest dog on earth now. Several of my friends have adopted pets from her. She has done much good in the world!
We adopted our dog two years ago and we couldn't be happier! He is the best dog we have ever had.

We visit often just to browse & have adopted a few of our pets from Diane’s. Their animals are happy & healthy (unlike many of the major chains). We have also been to their vaccine clinics numerous times, which are super convenient & fast - and a huge savings for us! Their staff is knowledgeable & honest. Some of their prices are a little higher than other places, but it’s worth the few extra dollars to know we are buying a healthy animal. We always highly recommend them!

We adopted our little Yorkie from Diane's last week and had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a first time owner, I had about a million and one questions and they answered them all with a smile- from finding the right dog for our lifestyle to picking out products that meet his needs and more. A couple days later, we went back because his harness didn't fit him right and they did a full exchange even though we didn't have a receipt. I love Dianes. I adopted my dog Athena and my gold capped conure Bubba from here. Recently, they gave me the opportunity to foster an elderly dog until they could place her in a good home. Sasha was a beautiful girl and I am ever so grateful they let us foster her. Luckily, she found an adopter right away. Thank you Alison for all of your time and dedication in helping our family through the process of adopting Bambi. All of the staff that we worked with were wonderful and in the end it certainly paid off. Bambi is a new dog!! She has adjusted well and the transition was so smooth.
