Great experience . Weekly updates throughout the process after going into contract. Diane made sure to ask if there were questions during the whole process and I did not feel like I was a bother. Very pleasant to work with and still available after closing. Would use Diane again for another home purchase.
Diane is an excellent real estate agent. My experience with Diane was above all my expectations. I couldn't have had a more caring and motivated person for the job. She was very knowledgeable about what to do to make the condo show at its finest. She used the best photographer, staging crew and advertising which brought the best results quickly for me. Diane was always available either by text or phone. She always went the extra mile. I was very fortunate to have her as my agent and appreciate all her hard work. If you are l... read more
Diane todd is very knowlegable, a people person. Best move i made contacting her. I recently lost my husband. Diane was a big help to me. Her knowledge of real estate is the best. She was very professional, but i still looked to her like a friend. She guided me , explaining the whole way, each step i needed to do. I was actually sad when everything was done, and i wouldnt get to talk with ger anytime i needed. Shes sweet, girl next store. I would reccomend her, and howard hannah realtors to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Diane was outstanding throughout the search and closing. She was flexible! I highly recommend Diane Todd! She handled my changing want with grace! We started looking in one location and I ended up buying 60 miles away. I always felt she was looking out for me and had my best interest at heart. We found the PERFECT house for me!
Very Thorough and Caring Agent. I met Diane through a mutual acquaintance and cannot say enough good things about her. She kept us informed in every step of the process and made us feel like we were highly regarded. The whole process from beginning to end went flawlessly and I never felt uninformed as to the process. I would recommend Diane for all your real estate needs.
